Pick-up ID's

As a safety measure, Pick-Up identification cards are issued to all students at the start of each school year. This card bears the picture, name and level of the student and must be presented daily to the security guard or school aide on dismissal duty when a person other than a parent is picking up the child.

If no pick-up ID is presented, the person picking up the child will have to see the Executive Director who has the sole authority to allow a student to leave the school without a pick-up ID.

If a child rides home using a bus service, the child's pick-up ID should be given to the bus driver. He will be required to present it before the child boards the vehicle.

Should the security guard or school aide on duty be lax in enforcing theses safety measures, please report this matter in writing to the Executive Director as soon as possible.
